I ordered product from this company on July 19 and was charged on July 21. It is now July 28 and I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order, let alone the actual product I was charged for. I have tried calling several times and left messages with all of my contact info, including my cell and work numbers, as that is the only thing that you are allowed to do when contacting their "customer service". I have tried emails as well with the same result, no feedback on anything.
