Tried to cancel, told no refund available, given credit to store which I can't find

I called the number on tv for a new computer and was naive enough to give them my account number. I explained on the phone that I would discuss it with my husband before I go ahead with the deal. I talked to him and he said no way. Later, I discovered that the BlueHippo company was taking money out of my account. I called and they told me the only thing I could do was cancel the contract (which I never agreed to) and I would get a credit in their store. I explained I just want my money back in my account and they said that was inpossible. I got screwed. I can't even find a store online!
