Buddypromoter.com ripoff me in billing total 45USD for I not order Internet

I receive email when april about BuddyPromoter complete for only $1 so i pay 1USD..

And has pay bill from my CC in April for 1 USD, I think I will not charge anything from this..

And today I receive bill from my CC which is I not order and I not know from where, but i check is all from buddypromoter total 45 USD

This in my bill is I not know and not order is all from buddypromoter

So total is 45USD in my bill? And this all when my CC charged I not know and i know when i receive my bill today..

When receive bill today I very confused because I see in bill for what I not order and all from this BuddyPromoter.com

Very mad about it
I contack him about refund but not respond
so I will contack my bank for it..
