I placed an order on May 31 (invoice date) with RS Trading. My order is 500 pieces overstock sale, brand new, designer handbags coming from MACY'S. It costs 12.95/piece, so i paid $6449.10 for the order plus $425.00 for shipping. After around one month, i got my order, it's total different with what i ordered. There is only around 150 pieces handbags in the order, also those handbags are dirty, absoultely like customer returns. Some handbags had security bar on it. Other pieces are accessories, such as wallets, party purse, hats, scarf and two cartons china. Some of them are broken. All merchandise are marked penny menchandise. I paid almost $7000 for those penny stuff. What a big shock!
As soon as i got the order, i took a lot of photos and email to the saleslady TALY, and at the same time I called her to let her know. After one week, i got a response from her: she said macy's said it's the right order and macy's said it will give me $1000 credit for my next order. Although i got such response, i still called them to argue, no any action for me. And also, i tried to contact macys to find out how RS trading placed the order with them. Unfortunately, it didn't help.
Until now, i still tried to contact with them, but everytime i was just told to leave a message, no one responded to me at all.
RS Trading cheated. I paid $7000.00 for 500 pieces penny stuff. How can this company do this to me? How these peoper in RS trading treat customer like this? How can the business still run?
