I didn't have a virus program on my computer at all and when I was on there the day that I bought this program it popped up on my screen and sounded like a good program, so I bought it. I received an order ID # 386185 and a license code as well. This program is no where to be found on my computer and when I go to their website the new virus program that I have tells me that it is not recommended that I go to this site. I don't know who to contact but I feel that I as well as the rest of the people that have been ripped off deserve their money back!!!
