Dell Replaced laptop 3 times and it still has the same problem, plus new ones

I purchased an Inspiron 1520 from Dell back in November. At first everything was fine with the laptop, they only complaint I had was that it was a bit on the heavy side. Not too long after a message began to appear saying that the A/C adapter plugged into the laptop was incorrect and to plug in a 90W adapter (which is what I had already), if not the system would begin to work slower.

After this happened 2 or 3 times I contacted Dell and they immediately sent a tech over to my house with a new motherboard and plug. He checked the computer over and wasn't able to determine what the problem was. But he was sure it had nothing to do with the motherboard. He gave me the new plug and took the old one with him. Still, the problem persisted. I called Dell again and returned the system for a full refund. I decided to get another system just because I figured I had had bad luck. The new laptop came and everything was fine.

About 1-2 weeks passed and the same message about the power adapter started to appear again, I just couldn't believe it. On top of that when I inserted a usb adapter to use a wireless mouse a piece of the usb port broke off. I immediately contacted Dell and they replaced the system within a few days. The new laptop (which I currently have) started off ok like the other 2 systems but within days the same message about the adapter started to appear frequently. Once again I contacted Dell and they sent the same tech over to look at it. He couldn't find anything wrong and all he could do was leave me an extra adapter. I tried living with the problem but it gradually got worse.

2 months after the tech came to my house the laptop began to corrupt all HTML files I would create and it was freezing up all the time. Again, I contacted Dell and I was instructed to do a system restore. The restore fixed the problem with the corrupted files and freezing up but it did not get rid of the plug issue. It has been 3 weeks since I last spoke with Dell about these problems, now my laptop doesn't charge properly and when I move it from one place to another the screen turns pink and pixilated forcing me to have to tap it on the keyboard for it to go back to normal.

I contacted Dell asking them to please give me a refund because I'm tired of them sending defective laptops. They wrote back saying that they would not because the 21 day refund policy did not apply to me anymore. I replied back saying that I knew that the policy no longer worked for me but that I had been a Dell customer for a long time (I own a desktop) and I felt it fair after all I have been through. They again answered, with a mostly pre-filled in email saying that they would not give me a refund and that they didn't think the problems had anyting to do with the quality of their service. Now I'm just trying to get my money back without fighting with customer service reps. Who barely speal english.

I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this particular model (Inspiron 1520) because they all come with the same defect. And quite frankly I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from Dell because they have horrible customer service.
