I bought Pc-antispyware online - while I was installing it on my computer - the system crash (window blue screen) - my laptop (windows vista) was barely 3months old. After several attempts I was able to successfully reboot my laptop, but the Pc-antispyware was not able to install - I immediately contacted Billingscv.com through my bank and requested a refund or a complete version of the software on CD, but were denied both. Thanks to their award winning, rip-off, rude customer service manager. I can't install the software and I can't get my refund.
