I test power levelling services for legitimacy.
I paid Brogame for a 1-70 powerlevelling service costing me U$129.99.
I watched them closely from another account and found that:
* Clearly they use bots (Wow Glider) to level characters. If I could work out which one they were using, how easy do you think it would be for Blizzard?
* I PM'd the character, and never had a reply. A dead give-away that bots were in use. Nobody even TRIED to make it look legit.
* Movements of the character were robotic and non-fluid. Another dead give away.
* Logging in to the account, I found all five 16 slot bags were FULL of useless items looted during the levelling. This means that they hadn't been picking up any gear of worth for??? Many levels.
* Live help feature on the website never solved the problems. Operators spoke poor English and often I left the site being more confused or having more questions.
A few days later, my account was temporarily suspened at level 26 for 3 days. Upon blasting Brogame they told me in their own words "We get a more professional player to play your account, this wont happen again, we are sorry to bring you trouble, we understand your mood". This was very un-professional of them. They told a consumer (me) they were going about levelling my character in a half-assed manner - and would clean up their act. Too late.
A week later, my account was PERMANENTLY banned by Blizzard. And Brogame live help service - also useless as not only does it take hours for them to log in to help you, they speak poor English as well - tell me that it's not their fault, and never refunded my $140.
I told them I knew they were using Bots and told them which one but they denied it everytime. Lies.
Never use this company (Brogame) for any WOW service.
