Brogame was to level a Mage character on my account up to 70 and on my wife's account a level 70 Druid (not sure if was a Druid-this was back in September). Both accounts got into level 20s and were given 72hr bans by Blizzard—plus final warning—which is odd because Blizzard has many levels of warning but this is the last warning Blizzard gives before the final ban of the account. We got all kinds of promises from Brogame about how they would use japanesse proxy and they would have no further problems—my account got up to level 46 and received a final ban from Blizzard/my wife's level 43. Again we got all kinds of advice from Brogame about how we should claim the accounts were hacked and how it wasn't out fault. I did finally get Blizzard to give me my account back pretty much I had to admit to everything and I got the warned that Blizzard would be watching the account. My wife just gave up her account is still banned. We got Brogame to agree to combine both our purchases for $308 each to level up just one new account (so we're also incurring the expense of another new WOW BC account)—this was a Priest on a different server, also we got my someone else to start the account so it was under a new name. There was nothing to match it up to us. Brogame told us they would make sure there would be no problem. Ha! This account got to level 17 and received final warning/72 hour ban&we just gave up at this point. We tried disputing the charges thru Paypal. Paypal was absolutely no help despite there "claims" about how safe purchases are through them. They just closed my dispute and told me to work it out with Brogame.
