Org FEDERAL FUNDING PROGRAMS ripped me off for $19.97 for a grant

I was looking to see what kind of grant i was able to get, and its been almost a month and i haven't heard nothing from them. I work hard for my money and i can't afford to get ripped off. It's hard to make ends meet these days with everybody laying off, so i hope everyone is careful.
