Graduated From Admiral Farragut Academy Internet Scam Theft Received money for a computer and never delievered it

Hello, I want to thank complaint for giving me the opportunity to tell everyone what Mr. Bruce Sarte did to me, the other day I was searching Mr. Bruce Sarte's name on Google, and I found a rip off report from a costumer that he scammed as well, so I figured by telling my own experience I would be helping the cause. First of all, let me tell you this is an issue of $155.00 USD not alot of money for many people, however, I am taking time off my agenda for that little money because I am really offended that Mr. Bruce Sarte will get away with it without even staining his reputation, and more importantly, because I am not the only one he has scammed, I will post here the proof of that.

Mr. Bruce Sarte offered me a used IBM SFF computer cpu, in 115$ USD, and because Small Form Factor are very small CPUs the shipping was only 40$ USD, I liked the price and the computer. He had one on auction, but the auction ended and I couldn't win it, so he told me not to worry because he had 2 more on stock, and since he had an Online Store, buckscountytech.com, and alot of eBay feedback, it never crossed my mind I could be scammed, he gave me the info to make the payment of the total: 155$ USD via Paypal, as I always do with my financial commitments I paid Right Away! It was Sep. 26, that was the day my nightmare with Mr. Bruce Sarte began. I was patient and respectful not to bother him the first week asking him if my computer was already shipped, I gave him time to do that, after all, I had gave him all the information in my Paypal Payment Message and sent him an individual email telling him as well very kindly all the information, here I am posting proof # 1, the confirmation email I received from paypal when I paid Mr. Sarte, there is as well the message that you have the option to write when you make Paypal payment, you know, for the seller to read. (My shipping address was cut for security reasons):

Your payment for $155.00 USD to [email protected] has been sent.

End of proof # 1

From there, there was no answer from him whatsoever, I sent him the first email, then the second, and the third and so on... The time went by and by and by... It was more than a month and I had no answer... So I started freaking out, I was progressively changing the tone in my emails, I told him to please answer me or I was going to start doubting him, until he finally answer me and told me that "He couldn't relate me with any business, he told me to provide me with an eBay auction #", BUT He CLEARLY knew that was not an eBay business. So instead of sending him that, I sent him something better, THE PAYPAL PAYMENT CODE and all the information to refresh his memory, I am posting here the actual email I sent him almost 2 months later I sent the payment, (still no answer)

Dear Bruce, I'm glad you got back to me, I am a reasonable man believe
it or not, I have ordered many things on the Internet and never had a
problem, I always pay immediatly as I did with the IBM Small Form
Factor I tried to purchase from you. But I start to worry when an Item
I ordered last week arrives today and the computer I paid you for on
Sep. 26 never arrived. Please understand my situation I need to
put a limit to this issue, I paid that computer with my credit card, I
already WORKED hard to get that money and paid the credit card, I
promisse you I am not going to throw away those hours of hard work.
And that is why I told you 15 days, but I am open to talk because I
wouldn't want this to go to extremes that will result on a bigger loss
for me only for satisfaction and a loss for you. The reason you can't
connect me to an auction is because I asked you if you could sell me a
SFF just like the one from an auction you made. (You mentioned you had
2 more available and told me you could sell me one of those). So this
business if you recall was made unfortunally outside eBay, I never
thought there were going to be a problem considering all your
possitive feedback. So to finish, I attached you a copy in Notepad of
the Transaction Paypal keeps record, there is the ID #, the date,
Shipping address, and everything that you need to look on Paypal for
my payment.

Here is the shipping address once again and a Note I posted in Paypal
for you with the payment, perhaps this helps to refresh your memory.

" Note:
Hello, here I am sending you the money for the Computer, I would like
to ask you if it is possible to print and put inside the box an
Invoice I am going to send you via email In Doc format. Thank you. The

Ok man that is everything that needs to be said, This week will be
closed I understand, I will give you Next week to either ship my
computer and provide me with a Tracking Number, or refund my money as
you kindly offered. Thank you very much for your time and attention.
God Bless you.

Luis.

End of the message.

I will sum out what happened after that: (of course he never replied the same week, we will take ALOT of time to reply, and time was going by and by and no solution)

FACT: He told me that he didn't really have more of those computers, so he would have to send me a refund.

FACT: I said ok, please refund my money, and messages like this were sent to me one after another (of course after asking him and asking him MANY TIMES):

Ok, but nothing happened, then he finally told me, sorry but I can't process your refund, please start a complain in Paypal and that way I will be able to refund the 155$.

So I did, and Paypal told me the transaction was TOO Old to apply for a refund... Hahaha... Very convenient right? So I told him, and after asking and asking and begging... I would get messages like this:

Support to me

And then... Messages like this

"
Your refund has been processed and should be in your PayPal account shortly.

Thank You

And I would send back messages like this:

"
Hello, thank you very much. Nothing has appeared in my paypal account
yet, I will let you know when it does so we both are liberated of this
issue, I appologize for all the inconveniences I indeed caused you.

Luis.

"

And then I would send another messages like this one:

Hello Bruce. The refund for the Paypal transaction ID
#91760193J9726705S which process you kindly started in my favor,
didn't appear in my account at all (Nothing).

Luis.

AND SO ON AND SO ON AND SO ON... He told me a couple of times, I am sorry, I will check what happened, I tought KATTIE, sent the paypal payment but she didn't. AND SO ON AND ON...

When he finally told me He couldn't do it via Paypal, so I suggested a money order... And another phase began... OF COURSE: Its important to point out that: I always asked him to PLEASE don't send it without a valid tracking number or it would likely get lost in the mail. I wrote that prase SO MANY times I can't believe it... Many many many times, in different mails... This is just an example...

On Jan 4 11:49 AM I contacted you to find out about the status
of the MONEY ORDER refund for the PAYPAL PAYMENT (ID
#91760193J9726705S). Refered to a computer that was NEVER delivered. I
want you to take responsability about this serious issue. Send the
Money Order Refund you offered for the $155.00 USD and answer my
emails. I remind you again I need a tracking number, without a valid
tracking number the money order will likely get lost in the mail as
you claim it happened with the computer.

Hello Miss Katie. Thank you. The Money Order is fine. However I need
you to provide me with a Tracking Number when you ship the Document
even if you have to debit this expense from the 155 USD of the refund.
Without a Valid Tracking Number the Money Order will likely get lost
in the mail. Thank you in advance for this. You can make the Money

I am glad we are working this out and this awful chapter will be closed.

BRUCE: I need my money NOW. I won't lose those 155.00 USD, Please
answer this email and explain what is going on. I am IN THE NEED OF MY
MONEY NOW, I won't ask for a loan anywhere, I have 155 USD I have
earned with hard HONEST work and I have the right to spend that money
and you know it. Thank you.

Luis

I could go on, and easily write a book with this material, but I will stop now, I will only let you know what happened recently... He said he sent me the money order as I asked, but he plays dumb when I ask about the tracking number. I told him many times that I would cover the expense of sending with a tracking number, I told him many times to debit it from the total, that is being reasonable isn't it?

But, Mr. Sarte now is OFFENDED... When I am the one who sould be offended... He feels I am a theath to his life, because I don't leaving alone with my emails. He claims he sent the money order, BUT NO TRACKING NUMBER???

Luis — you have been paid. I have proof it the money order was received and signed for. I am taking your e-mail as a threat to me and my family and have forwarded this to the authorities along with each of your addresses that you have given me. Any further contact will also be forwarded to them as more threats. If the FBI comes knocking at your door, don't say you I didn't tell you about it before they showed up. I don't know what kind of game you are playing, but I have sent you a computer AND a refund with proof of delivery on the refund, which the FBI also has a copy of.

Please be the judge of this... I know God will take care of this situation, will you believe that he sent the money order and it got to the wrong address for instance, after reading all the fake promisses and the lies I posted as proof WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER Would you believe him? Of course not, I can say I sent 1 million dollars to someone, but If I have no tracking number or proof how can someone believe me???
Of course he didn't send that money, I just want to join the cause to the people he scammed as well, I will post here his latest feedback before eBay canceled his account, and also his eBayer user and a link to the feedback page, but you can look it up directly searching on eBay.

PLEASE also check Dan's rip off report against Bruce for a Tablet PC, I will try to link mine to his. As a final statement, I want to let him know if he is reading this than I won't remove this Rip Off report or modify it until he pays me the $155 USD he scammed me.

Thank you very much.

Luis.
