Took My Money

I ordered a laptop computer from Blue Hippo. The day before they were to take the down payment of $99.00, I called and cancelled my order. I ask them not to take the money from my account and was told that they wouldn't. The following day the money was taken from my account. I called them again, ask them to put the money back. Again, I was told "No Problem", it would take 2 business days. 2 business days later I checked my bank account, and no money. I called them again, and was told the policy is 45 days, before they would put the money back.
It takes them 2 minutes to take it, but 45 days to put it back?
Since, I have called them every day, 2 or 3 times a day, and still get the same answer.
They won't let me talk to a supervisor or give me the name of one. I have never heard of this kind of practice before, where you can not talk to a supervisor.
