IP On Line Supplier
Ripped off and no one will help

I Paid 1.95 for a booklet on home work. That was all i authorised IP Online Supplier to take from my account. Now every month they take 22 from my bank account.

I have cancelled by debit card and been issued with a new one. They still seem able to take the money.

My bank says that there is nothing they can do because i gave them the debit card number.

I live in London England and i can find no information about the company or how i can contact them to try and sort this out. Surely there must be some way of stopping these people.
