Our tale with Verizon FIOS began on August 10. I visited a Verizon shop in Plano (on Central Expwy) using the purpose of understanding more about FIOS service. Since FIOS Web have been out for some time I'd been anxiously expecting the appearance of FIOS TV. I needed to obtain the entire bundle at the same time to help make the transformation simpler. Well, I loved what I noticed and so I positioned my purchase in the shop and went forward. The shop offered me a-4-number order quantity that will be an essential reality. Lifestyle was once more great. It was a Saturday.

Lesson Learned - don't actually visit a Verizon shop (or kiosk) and purchase FIOS support! Just - and that I strain ONLY - purchase it using their toll free amount (can acquire it about the Verizon FIOS site).

Footnote: Verizon was continuing to bill me for my aged DSL support despite FIOS on a single statement. That's eventually sorted out so ideally all problems are solved.
