Ordered first PLR. Supposedly cheap or free.

Ordered video; supposedly free for one month. Failed to cancel subscription.
Ordered 2nd video; supposedly free for one month. Failed to cancel subscription.
About 1 month later,
they charged me for 2nd month use of 1st video. Normal.
They charged me for 2nd month use of 2nd video. Normal.
A few days later, they charged me again.
A few days later, they charged me again.
Why? I do NOT think these were accurate charges.
About 3 1/2 weeks later, I used the website to cancel both of my product subscriptions my email subscriptions. This was 2 products email.
About 3-4 days later, I received notice from PayPal that they had recharged me AGAIN. This was NOT authorized by me.
Because I cancelled newsletter at same time, I can not log in to file a support ticket. They have themselves set up really good, don't they?
Their support system is suckier than anything; Could not get anywhere with that. Can anyone provide phone # that WORKS.
What country is this company out of?
I am just a baby-sitter. I do not have this kind of money to throw away to an apparent selfish thief. HELP.
I am off to my bank to see if they can help.
I think all of this info is accurate, but I am half in tears and the other half so scared that they will get by with this. I am a nervous wreck about this.
