Be careful when canceling!!! Apparently, in order to officially cancel from this program you MUST watch the video, that has the cancellation link, you need in order to *cancel officially* Huh???
Here is my story: I initally signed up for Michael Cheney's Membership site called Delta Squadron in October. I was told $1.00 for the first 30 days and then $97.00/month for normal membership and an additional $37.00/month for the elite membership. Looked at the website decided it was not for me and I canceled a couple of days later and received an email stating the following:
Sorry to hear you want to cancel. I know it can be frustrating just starting out.
As you know - we are always here to help you in the Support Desk if you get stuck
with any of the weekly step-by-step training from Michael.
Plus every month you remain a member you are getting $47 worth of Delta Dollars

I mistakenly took the first line as confirmation of my request to cancel. Apparently that is NOT how it works at Delta Squadron. 5 weeks pass and I get a bank notice saying my account is overdrawn. Delta Squadron had charged me $97.00 and $37.00. I found the website information and logged in. Found the support portion of the website and the original email requesting the cancellation. Revised the response (the above email) then submitted a reply requesting a cancellation again.
They were very quick to *officially cancel* the subscription this time and provided me a screen shot of the charges being charged back to my account.
Why am I so ticked? Because I feel they were underhanded in their cancellation procedure. The initial email (the email above) reads like Delta Squadron confirmed my request and NO WHERE does it say I am required to watch the video, in order to get the link, in order to cancel. This is underhanded and not professional!
I am ticked because this little tactic resulted in my account being overdrawn and as of today owe $197.00 in bank fees and the bank adds another $7.00 everyday because I am negative. I don't have the money to put it back in the black.
Delta Squadron/Michael Cheney takes no responsibility that these tactics might put someone in financial tailspin. They think that asking forgiveness is better then asking permission.
Be Careful! If your trying to cancel from the Delta Squadron watch whatever video they suggest because it really is not a suggestion but a REQUIREMENT. They cited that since I did not watch the video and clicked on the special cancellation link it resulted in my account not being canceled (another way of trying to put the blame on me). Nevermind they NEVER said in the email I was REQUIRED to watch the video in order to CONFIRM my cancellation.! @#$%^&
