Sent me the software 2 weeks after they charged me. I cant find the phone number to cancel my subscription

I signed up for a free 7 day trial and ordered the software to receive federal grants. It took me 3 weeks to receive the software. 7 days after i signed up, i was charged a months subscription from 2 grant programs. A free trial was never available to me. This was unexpected charges and it caused my account to be overdrawn. I have tried to cancel my subscriptions but never received confirmation emails from the company and therefore have no number to call. Without the confirmation email, i have no way of using the subscription i am paying for.
