There's really little more to ask than:
Who is the "Agent for Service of Process" for Dell Computer operating in California? It's a simple question, but the bureaucracy of the state of CA is awful and can't find it there, all the websites I search for the information want to sell me some service that may or may not include this simple piece of information or don't have it.
I bought a "nice" Inspiron 1521 for my daughter four (4) months ago, Dell claimed it's a software problem and wanted to sell me extended software coverage when I bought 8 kinds of warranties and extended services (6 of which DO NOT preclude software problems). I finally just took it to a computer tech, learning it is a bad hard drive. Dell absolutely refused to help, and now they will be giving me my money back.
Does anybody out there know how to spell "Class Action?"
