Clickinks
Product was not as advertised, when returned unused, my money was not

I ordered ink for my printer. It was supposed to be Epson ink, but it was not. I returned it unopened. I asked for a refund, and never received it. I contacted them via email and phone multiple times, but never got a response. I have a confirmed signature for my package being received by clickinks. I have full documentation for everything.
