Charge my Credit Card for more than $45.00 without my consent

I purchase onlinea free Grant Master Software for just $1.29 shipping plus $1.00 processing fee. There was not additional payment to made. My credit card has been charged for more than $45.00, and I don't know why. I have not used the software, and I am not going to. This is a scam!
