I called and called hp support. I sent lap top in 4 times for repair all documented. I got a call from my hp case manager advising that they were replacing laptop and then 7 days later they called back and advised that they were not replacing but sending box to repair laptop. The case manager is a liar and very rude. Her name is mary kay bauch.
