After making a FTD order, a link came up for $20 off on your next transaction. I assumed it was directly FTD related. When I realized that this was to join something, I ended the WEB session. I received some e-mail from them, but just ignored it as junk mail. I never logged in or used the account, so did not think I had made any committment. A month later, I discovered the $12 on the bill, and now have disputed the charge with my credit card company. This is currently in process.
