Recently I ordered a "free trial for 14 days offer" over the internet for a green tea. When I received the package and I read the instructions, I saw that the Company wanted to charge my credit card every month. I returned the package immediately with a letter indicating that I didn't want bussiness with them because I didn't agree with the terms and conditions of the Company.
One month later these people charged $35.00 to my credit card and an additional $19.95 that I don't know what it was for. When I called my credit card offices, they said they can't help me. I have received now another charge of $19.95. I refused all charges and made a dispute of my credit card Company in the Office of Comptroller of the Currency in order to stop this conduct.
