Been trying to get a refund now for 5 weeks for a really poor version of a Grade A watch, it was that bad that it had paint on the bezel gold markers. After trying to contact them on over 30 occasions, and leaving 15 messages thet refuse to return my call. I spoke to one woman there once, who said they had received the watch back from me, and would refund me within 2 weeks, this was about 4 weeks ago, now they ignore my calls and messages. BEWARE OF THESE RIPP OFF MERCHANTS
