Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

Iam so tired of AOL BILLING.

They have ripped me off for the last time.
They take money out of my account without my permission.
Everytime I try to cancel my account, they give me free time and they charge me for the free time they give me.

Now they collected money from my account now I have an over draft. I'm low income and I pay my rent out of this account and I always fall short paying my rent. I had to cancel my card.
