I noticed a charge for $11.89 on one of my accounts. I just assumed my husband bought something on his way to Kuwait but when I asked, he said he used cash. I didn't think much of it until I received the exact amount on my other account, both are from Monrovia Designs in AL. I called the number and it's a voicemail so then I looked online and found all of these complaints. The number on my bill is different than all of the ones I found online but regardless it is the same company. I called my bank and cancelled my cards and ordered new ones and I am going to the bank tomorrow to file for fraudulent charges. I do use Paypal, but only one card is on that account. The only thing I have done online with both of my cards is Walmart.com... That has to be where these people got it from.
