Credit card fraud

I signed up for a domain using Domainsarefree.com, which uses globat.com to take money from your credit card.

Before I signed up, I looked at the terms that they suggested that I look at — which was really only part of the terms. After I signed up, I saw that I was only reserving the host name, and could not actually use it unless I paid more money. Also I noticed that they could upgrade at any time and that I would be charged, but that I would have to manually cancel.

So I called and wrote an email telling them to cancel my account. They did not. When I talked o them they said that I would not be upgraded, which was a lie.

I just found a $49.95 bill on my credit card.

I called my credit card company and cancelled it and had them send out a form to reverse the charge.
