My bank statement showed PTI EUROPE REGION had taken money from my account, this company was unknown to me.
I cancelled my card with my bank, then by chance I realised that my broadband supplier AOL had not taken my payment which was of the same value. After contacting their customer services I discovered that AOL broadband payments are now taken by PTI EUROPE REGION. Their customer service department were only informed of this change TODAY.
