More than 3 months ago, on Dec. 11 I ordered a subscription on 2 magazines. I received the December issue of one of them at the end of January (??!!!). I never received an issue of the 2nd magazine I ordered. I have sent numerous mails through their 'contact us' option, but apparently it means just that: 'contact us, but we will not contact you'. I never got any email confirming they received my mail, so my question on what happened to the 2nd magazine has never been answered, and of course my money has not been refunded. I think this company is a fraud and should be investigated. Their offers are enticing, and that's how they get people to place orders through their website. But honoring the orders and subsequent questions is below average or completely absent. I want my money back. I usually check things out online, but apparently I failed to do this with magazinemasters. Otherwise I could have learned from the bad experiences other described. Their offers are clearly too good to be true. I would like to advise everybody with a bad experience with magazinemaster.com to express her/his dissatisfaction with this company online. Maybe this could contribute to an investigation into their practices.
