On one occasion, Paul hung up on me and when I tried to call back there was a recorded message that said the support team was in prayer, this was during business hours.
Another time he hung up on me and when I tried to call back the line was business. His boss Jeff thinks this alright! Non-Christians don't treat their customers this way. Now the support team @ cfaith is messing with my dial-up connection.
I didn't want to file this report, but Paul wouldn't let it go. He brought this on himself and cfaith. It's a daily hassle with this internet provider.
