Lead to believe I was purchasing lifetime membership for www.freerecordsregistry.com but ended up with membership to www.gov-records.com. Advertising claimed This is The Most Complete compilation of Public Records Resources available anywhere - Bar None! But, I have not found one single record I didn't already have while most of those I already have could not be found on this website. 19 out of 20 searches I did the first day got a result of NO RECORDS FOUND.
I searched for a person who lived, worked, and raised children in one town but NO RECORDS FOUND for her. Her now-disconnected phone number still comes up on www.whitepages.com. I searched for my own records (I lived in the Sacramento, CA area for 48 years - I was raised, went to school, got married, had 2 children, got divorced, and worked for the state - but NO RECORDS FOUND for me).
