I purchased software supposedly compatible with microsoft office, did not work asked for refund

I purchased software online, with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I had problems downloading, and attempted to contact the company through thier site. They do not respond to any requests, they do not post comments from customers only perfect comments. Misleading customers. I have sent several requests for a refund through Google checkout to no avail.
Thankfully the cost of the software is only $ 11.95, i am currently unemployed and could use the fumds
