After paying for Cash Creation, I had problems with downloading the program. I thought it was strange that I kept getting error messages from the links provided from my confirmation email and found they had expired.
So I sent an urgent email to e-trinity technical support. I didn't hear back and sent 5 more emails and also to Sebastian Foss - no response.
I spent some time today looking at their new program called "Money License" and thought to check it out on Internet Explorer in a new window. This is how I came across this website.
I was upset to find 45 negative reports pertaining to Sebastian Foss. Most of you haven't been able to get your money back so I researched and found the following link to SWREG, INC: https://gbp. Swreg.org/contact.htm
This is the Company who processed your payments and they work with e-commerce transactions only and provide a link for Customer complaints. You click on "Customer e-mail " and follow the prompts.
I immediately received an email confirmation from them to which I had to respond for security reasons. Now I wait 3 days to hear back from their Vendor who is cashcreation.com or [email protected]
