Charged numerous times for $19.95 and $1.00... No phone # listed, never signed up for anything like this

I was charged numerous times for $19.95 and $1.00 for Entertainment Club.

The phone # listed on my Debit Card statement was incorrect. The person answering the phone has never heard of this company, I never signed up for anything like this.

This all started right after I bought Tickets to an Alter Bridge concert.
