Charged my account which is closed $99.00 without my knowledge

Starter Credit Direct charged my account which is closed a $99.00 fee for services I did not approve and I was charged a overdraft fee. I never heard of Start Credit Direct and I'm sure I did not approve them to charge me a fee of any services they may have. And I am disputing this fee.
