After buying something online, that company name eludes me, I received an offer to purchase 4 magazines at $2 each for 1 year subscription. Of course I thought it would end after one year. I was wrong. Since they already had my credit card number, they renewed all 4 subscriptions without my approval. As soon as I found that out I called the 800 number on my credit card bill only to deal with a machine. I was able to cancel each magazine, but was only credited for 2. There is no way to talk to anyone. After I finish here I'm going to the Better Business Bureau online.
