I purchased a Continuous Ink Supply (CIS) for an Epson printer model Photo R200. Cost: $135. I installed the system as per the very detailed instructions. When the CIS would not fill the cartridges correctly, I tried to contact Abcink. I have tried to contact them since Nov. 2007. They refuse to return my calls, will not answer the phone, and now the printer is beyond repair.
I have notified the Government about these people and they said to make several more attempts at contacting them. I have been following those instructions. The recordings are obviously made by an Asian person, and the one contact I had with them was with an Asian I could barely understand. He put me on hold for 45 minutes and they DO NOT have a toll free phone number, and they now have me on the "Do Not Answer" list. I warn everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I also recommend that everyone that reads this to notify everyone on their email list to follow suit.
