Failing to remit funds owed to us or respond to any communications Peninsula Plaza

We have been using Merchant Services International (MSI) as a credit card processor for our website. They have taken the funds out of customers credit cards for our orders but are not remitting the funds to us nor are they responding to any communications, either fax or e-mail. They have no phone number listed.
