MSI contracted to provide creditcard processing for our website. They tried for 9 months to set it up, butfailed for unexplained reasons to provide a full service. They processedseveral real orders in 2007 but have never paid over any of these funds to us. Email correspondence has beenterrible with a totally irresponsible attitude to our commitments with customers and our own business activities that were dependent on their service provision. The last email in Novemberpromised to settle but nothing heard since.in early 2009 MSI merged with Global Merchant Accord who describe themselves as aninternational organisation, whos (sic.) Head Office is located in Dublin, Ireland with subsidiary offices newly acquired in Singapore.
