Web site promises delivery of goods within 48 hours its been 4 days no communication hardly and no delivery of goods

I am writing to let everyone know that they should be careful when using gamepal.com. I read their web page and the forum and everything seems wonderful. They state they are an American company and that they will deliver goods here let me copy what they say on their web page:
"Question: How long will it take before I receive my account after I order?

Answer: Orders can take anywhere between 2 minutes to 48 hours to deliver. 95% of deliveries occur within 60 minutes after your order. The entire process comes down to verification. When you place an order, go to live chat, and ask to get verified. Old customers do not need to be verified, so they will process your order as soon as you come to live chat. If they do verify your order, they will give you a phone call using your billing information only. After verification has been done, they will process your order, and within 30 seconds an email will be sent to you with all the information to access your account. If you do not receive your account after verification, it could be for the following reasons below
1. Your information has been sent to your SPAM folder.
2. Your email server is delaying the email, and it could take up to a few hours for it to be delivered.
3. The automated email never reached your email.
4. There maybe an issue with your order, and we need to fix it before we deliver it.

Well needless to say it has been over 4 days I have written over 50 emails and the general reply I am getting is that they have to forward my email to the account supervisor. I have after over 4 days not heard from this supervisor yet, the live help chat selection on the web page is of no help they are not concerned with the fact you just spent big bucks for a purchase and they are not even going to talk to you about a refund when they fail to hold up to the promises from their web site. I quote and online chat person I spoke with named Lisa "you will simply have to get in line wait your turn and be patient if you if you want you can send many emails to the account supervisor to try and hurry them up" This is no assurance of help at all and the fourth day I did not recieve one email from the company, prior I was getting one email a day asking me to be patient while they forward my emails to the accounts supervisor.

I want to warn everyone to be careful with this company, they say they are American workers but they either fully ignore my questions or they don't understand what I am asking. I wish this site could be shut down, but in the mean time I hope this report helps someone understand how the company works and protects them from the sort of loss that I have had dealing with this company.

Remember before you buy ask the company for a way to contact them prior to making a purchase no matter how nice the web page is. I did not do this and after I made the purchase I found out that they will not give you a phone number at all, no contact and you can not get in touch with this account manager I have come to call OZ.
