I first realized that there was a problem when I began receiving book orders which I had declined per my agreement. I telephoned the company to complain and was promised postage paid return shipping labels and the items removed from my account. This never happened.
I phoned several more times. Each time they seemed to be lacking any record of my previous calls, each time I was issued the same apology and promise of return labels and further investigation into the ongoing problem
After months of this I never received any return labels and none of the books were removed from my account balance.
Now my account has been turned over to a collections agency and I cannot get a response from CBOtMC.
