Handyman club of america is absolutely the worst company:
My number one complaint with this company, is they do not do what they say they will do! Yes, i signed up for the magazine and book club, but i cancelled it after receiving only 3 magazines in a year. This company does not give credit or acknowlege my cancellation in book club, even after calling the company and speaking with employees, writing their names down, times and dates, etc. And then mailing certified letters to them! They do not know how to read or understand your complaint! Even though i returned 2 books to them 2 months ago, i continue to get bills from them and today i received a call from bank of america their collection agency. I know now they are trying to destroy my credit rating. One mistake i made, was i sent the books back with the return labels. Do not use the return labels! You must get a confirmation of delivery to have proof you returned books! And you must pay for the delivery!
Handyman club of america is out to rip people off!
Stay away from this company and do not believe their "100% guarantee"
