Nurse's Book Society authorized me to return books using a yellow merchandise return Label. The books were returned to Hanover, PA 17332. They are still billing me for the returned books. I have written to them, e-mailed them and tried calling (long distance at my expense) and they have turned the bill to a collection agency. This company is a fraud according to my experience. There is no way possible to talk to someone there and they bill what ever they choose to.
