This company has stolen $4535 from me when i dont get the watch i pay for

I understand that i am not alone in this situation. When you order the watch they say they have the watch in stock and will send it when they get the money. Thats the last you her from them. It is now two weeks since i pay and i havent heard anything from them.
Pleace help me too get my money back.
