This company will not return my refund nor will they answer my emails. The only thing i get is the automated response

I signed up for this site under the understanding that i could access a variety of records but everytime i went to the records site it stated that i had to pay for that.

I tried a large variety of records to access and it just kept telling me i had to pay to enroll to get those records.

So knowing that something was wrong i e-mailed this company stating that i was very unsatisfied and that i wanted a refund and i havent heard from them since. I have left three e-mails requesting a refund and i havent gotten any response except from the automated response stating that i would get a response in 12 hours. Well... Im still waiting for a reponse from the first letter a week ago...

I would not recommend this company to anyone and yes i feel that they should pay for their falsification to all their customers.
