I ordered an on-line cd that supposedly had tips to increase my business. They did send cd, that i could not use. Did not inform me of the cancellation date or that they were charging 39.95 to my credit card.
I went online Jan. 28 2008 at approximately 2:30 pm central time to get a phone no. Where i found an 866-396-5695 No. At which time i tried to call only to be connected to a phone line that was not operable. At this point I go back online trying to contact via the internet. Only to find that the web site has totally been scrambled. Please Help me!!
