Today i went to get some money out of my checking account and i couldnt i over drew i always made sure there was money in my account. I got my statement and i looked over it and saw 31.98 that i couldnt recall withdrawing. I went on the address that was on my statement and saw what it was i immediately contacted them i spoke with a live chat agent she told me my money was nonrefundable so i asked for a phone number i called it and fought with the lady to get my money back she told me to file a complaint with the police that no matter what i do they cant refund my money and then told me good luck made me very very angry. I looked online and saw all the other complaints for this very same thing. I hope something can get done about this i would like to see everyone who this happend to get there money given back
