Shady $9.00 charges on my account

I see many other people have fallen victim to this company... Yesterday I realized I had been getting charged $9.00 per month by "WLI SHOPPER DISCOUNT" for over 2 years and I never noticed it.

Yeah, I feel like an idiot because it took me so long to notice it but that $9.00/month passes under the radar so easily. I feel tricked and it's been so long ago, I have no idea what I bought that started my "membership" with them. Either way, I can't see how it is not fraud.
