Taken money out in my account

They keep on taken money on my credit card account even i cancelled it hundred of times, i report it to the cridet card company and they advice me that i cannot cancelled to them but trough thier WPI ifriends elite website but i cant get through with it. Im asking your help or to act on my behalf to let them stop taking out money on my credit card account
