My grand son plays the runscape game, several months ago I authorized to have $5.00 a month pay to Runcape out of my account. After a few months they began taking out more. And more,
I have not been able to find any kind of address or phone number to contact these people, my grand son requested to discontinue these servecies, as he can go on line and do that, no other way of contact but they contuned to and take it out seemly about every week,
Now I could stop payment on this but I feel that they should reimburse me for several months and they should have a contact number like many on line busness' have the past 3 months alone they have taken out $50.00. Like I said I have tried every way I could to find a phone number or an address but to no avail.
I just don't understand why they don't have a way to contact them. They sure no how to take money out of your account. I consider they owe me for at least a year probably about $200.00 or more, I guess I will just have stop payment, that will be a $25.00 charge. If anybody nknows how to contact thes people, I sur would like to know, they have riped me off. Thank you
